About Me

I am a psychologist, sexologist, certified sex educator, and a member of the Dutch Association of Psychologists (NIP - Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen ). I'm also a psycotherapist in training. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology with a clinical specialization from SWPS University in Warsaw and a postgraduate degree in Clinical Sexology from the Medical University of Warsaw. I am currently completing advanced training in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy School at SWPS University.

My professional experience includes work and gaining experience in mental health, therapy, and sexology settings, including the Sexology and Pathology of Intercourse Clinic at Nowowiejski Hospital in Warsaw, Bródnowski Hospital, Instytut Psychoterapii i Terapii Seksuologicznej SPLOT, and private consultation work. I have also worked with children, adolescents, parents, and families in educational settings.

For many years, continuous education has been a central part of my professional practice. In addition to developing knowledge in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I have completed extensive training in Solution-Focused Therapy and continue to expand my expertise through advanced courses and professional development programs. My work integrates evidence-based approaches including classical CBT but also the so called third-wave CBT, like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am also currently training in couples therapy through The Gottman Institute and provide parenting consultations informed by attachment-parenting approaches.

My areas of expertise include anxiety, mood disorders, relationships, sexuality, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy, neurodiversity, couples therapy, sexological therapy, and ethical non-monogamy. I have also designed and facilitated workshops on sexuality education, relationships, and anti-discrimination.

To ensure high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based care, I participate in regular professional supervision and remain committed to ongoing learning and professional growth.
